He has successfully launched a number of flagship awards programmes that continue to thrive today and also spent several years as a life and protection broker, giving him invaluable frontline perspective on the challenges advisers face. Most recently, he led commercial strategy at a high-growth media tech firm, where he secured landmark partnerships with global sports giants including Manchester City FC and the Six Nations Rugby Championship—evidence of his ability to connect innovation with impact at the highest level.
